ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Allie Runkel
I bring a clinically grounded psychotherapeutic perspective as a licensed therapist, and I weave it together with years of training and apprenticing in sacred, contemplative, and ceremonial healing traditions.
This integration allows me to hold the work with both clinical precision and deep reverence.
I bridge two worlds: the clarity and steadiness of clinical psychotherapy, and the depth and wisdom gained through years of apprenticeship in sacred ceremonial traditions. Together, they form a grounded yet soulful approach to healing and integration.
Some clients explore mental health or personal growth through spiritual, contemplative, or nature-based traditions. I acknowledge that many people understand healing through religious, spiritual, or ceremonial frameworks, and I respect the diversity of these beliefs.
To the extent permitted by law, my role is limited to:
supporting clients in integrating their experiences (whether spiritual, emotional, or contemplative),
providing a safe, legal, and nonjudgmental space, and
honoring sincerely held spiritual or religious perspectives.
