While I work from a place of hope and inspiration, I am not afraid to be with your pain. We cannot lead anyone further than we have gone ourselves and therefore I am a committed client to therapy and journey work myself and a lifelong seeker of truth and depth.

I bring a clinically grounded psychotherapeutic perspective as a licensed therapist, and I weave it together with years of training and apprenticing in sacred, contemplative, and ceremonial healing traditions. This integration allows me to hold the work with both clinical precision and deep reverence.

My training through the CIIS CPTR program culminated in a capstone focused on the essential role of integration in sustained therapeutic change. Over time, I’ve come to see this as the most juicy, transformative layer of the journey — the place where insights ripen, patterns shift, and new ways of being take root. I walk closely with my clients in this phase, helping them gather the richness of their inner experiences and gently anchor it into the rhythms of their lives, where true transformation unfolds.

I honor the teachers whose brilliance and compassion inform my practice; from the CIIS CPTR faculty, including Janis Phelps, Ph.D., Bill Richards, Ph.D., Mary Cosimano, and Patricia James, to countless integrous colleagues across the psychedelic therapy field; to Lindsay Olshan, LMFT, whose dedication to ethical, embodied, and transformative care continues to inspire and ground me, and whose mentorship has been invaluable; and to the Indigenous elders, wisdom keepers, and ancestral lineages whose teachings long predate and inform this work, and who have stewarded these medicines and practices long before me; and to my mother who first opened the door and paved the way.

STANDING ON THE SHOULDERS OF GIANTS

She will be the one standing by the ocean with the sun in her hair, and a smile like a love song rising from the sea.
